Description
Inspired by the iconic Jane Austen heroine, Emma Woodhouse, this new quilt pattern is bold, bright, and clever. Labeled as intermediate, this pattern is more complex than actually hard to make. It utilizes only traditional piecing methods but has many small pieces and parts that are tricky to keep organized. The labels included with the pattern make this so much easier and keep all your pieces organized. The baby size is perfect for a wall hanging and the throw is a generous 62″ x 76″.
This quilt pattern feels like a fun puzzle and the beautiful floral image comes together with each section you complete. It reminds me of the riddles that Emma and Harriet had so much fun unravelling in the novel. This is the main pattern in a set of patterns called the “Miss Woodhouse Quilt Collection” and you can purchase the entire set here, which includes this pattern, a table runner, a throw pillow and a mini/wall hanging.
I hope you enjoy this fun and intricate pattern as much as I enjoyed creating it!
