For digital products, a download should be immediately available after purchase. The download should be sent directly to the email provided at checkout. If the download does not arrive within a few minutes of your purchase please check your junk folder. If the download has still not arrived, please reach out to info@saralucillehandmade.com with your order number and name and you will receive the download directly from a customer service representative within 1-2 business days.
For physical products, please allow 1-3 business days for items to ship. Shipping time is 5-7 business days depending on the method of shipping selected. Reach out to info@saralucillehandmade.com for further questions regarding shipping.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we are happy to provide a full refund within 14 days of purchase. You may return that item within 14 days of delivery. You will receive a refund for the cost of the item, but you will be responsible for any shipping costs .
